Membership

Annual dues, payable in December, are $30 for individuals, or $45 for families living at the same address. Dues are payable for the calendar year (current year through December 31st).

Option 1: Join CPC: FOR NEW MEMBERS! Fill in your membership info and pay your dues with PayPal.

Option 2: Print this form and mail it with your check to the CPC treasurer: Mark Sanzone, 3149 NW Miller Rd, Portland OR 97229-8565

Option 3: If you don’t have a USHPA# and can’t use the online Join page, use PayPal.me to pay your dues. Be sure to add a note to your PayPal payment with your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address so we can add your contact info to the club roster.
